Masters & Masterworks Productions, Inc. was formed in Los Angeles in 1973 by Robert Snyder for the purpose of producing and distributing his films and provide a base from which to make available to the public these timeless documentaries on the "greats" of our time. Presently, the main headquarters is located in Santa Barbara, California.
